Digitizing Medical Equipment

The Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan launched computerization of monitoring of medical equipment used in public hospitals.
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Healthcare of Uzbekistan “On organization of monitoring the technical condition of medical equipment” domestic software will be developed or available analogue in the market will be acquired to computerize the collection of information about the condition of medical equipment used in all public hospitals of the country, including rural medical stations and clinics. With this system, managers of health facilities will be able to transmit information about the state of existing equipment to the Ministry of Healthcare with the aid of computer technology. This will ensure the most efficient operation of equipment, as well as planning for its renovation and repair.
