Builders in Uzbekistan fulfill 1.7 trillion soums of work in 1Q 2010

Construction works in Uzbekistan were fulfilled to the amount of 1.72 trillion soums in January-March 2010, which made up 120.1% to the corresponding period of 2009, according to the preliminary data of the State Statistics Committee.

Out of the total volume of construction works 81.6% falls on new construction, reconstruction, expansion and technical re-equipment of enterprises, 13.5% – on capital and current repair and 4.9% – on other contract works.
