- introduction of modern and soundly-based research-and-technology solutions in the design and construction of large, medium, small, and micro hydro-electrical power plants, which will contribute toward increasing the share of hydropower capacities in the structure of the country’s energy balance.

As a result of the implementation of the programmes adopted and tasks set, favorable conditions will be created for the electric power industry’s functioning, which ensures effective life-sustaining activity of the society and advance in the economic, social, and living standards of the nation.
